Indian romance book all have a theme of bringing the couple together and making them fall in love. They all go the same way we the girl and the boy meeting at a mutual place like college or an office where they both work/study and it’s always instant love for them. This one goes almost the same way but is different in a few ways.
This book focuses more of the aftermath of a relationship than the before. It showed how things change when you have a partner. What it means to be with someone. How they shouldn’t be taken for granted and how the relationship should have balance. I liked the way their relationship progressed along with how Abhi didn’t pull any creepy stalking or forcing the girl to fall in love with him moves that are so popular in indian love stories.
Writing was nice and I enjoyed the narrative. I liked Anu and her family’s introduction in the beginning and how it built her character of a pampered girl. She was childish, impulsive and didn’t care about consequences most of the time. Abhi was shown as a timid, calm and smart guy. He thought before he acted and was very responsible too. But when both of them entered a relationship it’s like they switched personalities. Anu became the sensible one and Abhi became the reckless one.
I didn’t think the title of this one is fitting but if you enjoy indian romance books you will surely enjoy this one.

Wow, I’ll have to be wary of Indian romances with stalkers😂. Anyway, wonderful review, Az! 💜💜💜
